The Artista AV5 is a handcrafted violin for committed players seeking a fuller sound, greater responsiveness, and more room for expression. Made from carefully selected, aged European spruce and maple, each AV5 is individually graded for its tone, projection, and craftsmanship. Every instrument has its own visual character and tonal voice.

Within the Artista series, the AV5 offers a richer, more nuanced sound than earlier models. Its warm, open tone combines clarity with a responsive feel, helping players shape dynamics and phrasing with confidence. It is well suited to recitals, ensemble playing, and musicians ready to explore a more individual sound.

A hand-applied oil varnish and light antiquing give the AV5 a classic appearance. Experienced luthiers complete its final setup and tonal adjustments in the United States.
